The history of the Alois Lageder winery has its origins in Albions, a small mountain village in Val Gardena.
The ultra-modern winery built in Magré is an example of sustainable and ecological criteria, equipped with all the latest production equipment and technology, such as, for example, the handling of grapes by gravity, in a 17-meter-high “tower.”
The Löwengang Chardonnay has taken a leap forward in the quality of wine production throughout South Tyrol.
In the 1980s, in fact, it was the first South Tyrolean white wine to establish itself on international markets
The farm’s vineyards, which are located in different micro-zones in Magrè, react differently to climatic conditions year by year to produce a new masterpiece in each vintage.
