Our cellar, the legend…: it’s an icon which has very few worthy rivals in the world.
We have very rare bottles, excellent years of production and “hard to find” labels from the legendary cellars of all time.

I also remind you that all our wines are kept in our cellars with controlled temperature and humidity.

This bottle was checked by our Team before being put on sale. However we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly kept. Caravella-wine guarantees that the conditions of the bottle are exactly as described and photographed before the purchase. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the clause “as seen and liked”.

One star : a cuisine of great quality
The history of the Caravella is the history of gastronomic tourism on the Coast. It is impossible to mention all the people who have dined here falling in love with the Dipino’s cuisine. A cuisine that continues to quote itself, proudly rooted in local and family traditions, always looking for new imaginative solutions, as in the pear cooked in Aglianico wine and accompanied by raw nassa shrimp and cow’s ricotta or in the new round of raw seafood masterfully paired with seasonal flavors and vegetables. Two cornerstones : only simple, traditional cooking and the certainty of express preparations. Pezzogna, swordfish, tuna and so on, with the best of the catch from the local sea, if necessary supplemented with that from Cilento, then tomatoes, which enter half the courses, second only to the sfusato d’Amalfi lemon (highly recommended is the celebrated soufflé), more basil, Agerola bread… It makes you want to order all the dishes on the menu! And what about the wine cellar? Reds, whites, sparkling, sweet, young or aged, mythological like La Tâche or small little-known realities, organic, rare: whatever your desire, the excellent sommelier Tonino will have the answer in glass for you, as only here (and at Enoteca Pinchiorri) are able to do.
