My daily work as a chef does not bore me. Every recipe is born from creativity which I transmit in the “perfect marriage” of right taste equilibriums. Every dish is the fruit of family tradition and personal experience, each of them exalts the scents, tastes and authenticity of the products from our land and sea.
Today I try to give new shapes to traditional recipes from Amalfi, attempting to combine creativity and simplicity. All this to give light to everything tradition gave us, with a new form, so you can re-live the tastes lost in memory.
This is a very interesting and exciting story, covering over half a century, which renews and repeats itself , inspired by the past, anchored to the present and open to the future.”
