Vinification: Grape pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature, maceration for 9-12 days in steel, malolactic fermentation
Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels
Production philosophy: indigenous yeasts
Serving temperatures: 16°-18°
