In the Nineties my dream came true: a cellar with temperature
and humidity control. It was something really new at those times; in fact, many distinguished colleagues thought I was crazy. Nowadays, collectors from all over the world purchase here hard-to find wines, thanks to an accurate work of selecting labels, most desired worldwide, from over than 60 years.
