One star : a cuisine of great quality
The history of the Caravella is the history of gastronomic tourism on the Coast. It is impossible to mention all the people who have dined here falling in love with the Dipino’s cuisine. A cuisine that continues to quote itself, proudly rooted in local and family traditions, always looking for new imaginative solutions, as in the pear cooked in Aglianico wine and accompanied by raw nassa shrimp and cow’s ricotta or in the new round of raw seafood masterfully paired with seasonal flavors and vegetables. Two cornerstones : only simple, traditional cooking and the certainty of express preparations. Pezzogna, swordfish, tuna and so on, with the best of the catch from the local sea, if necessary supplemented with that from Cilento, then tomatoes, which enter half the courses, second only to the sfusato d’Amalfi lemon (highly recommended is the celebrated soufflé), more basil, Agerola bread… It makes you want to order all the dishes on the menu! And what about the wine cellar? Reds, whites, sparkling, sweet, young or aged, mythological like La Tâche or small little-known realities, organic, rare: whatever your desire, the excellent sommelier Tonino will have the answer in glass for you, as only here (and at Enoteca Pinchiorri) are able to do.

Our Wine-Gallery is open from 12pm. to 3pm. and from 7pm. to 10pm. daily, except Tuesdays.
