In addition, in the dining room and kitchen, the recovery of the historic interior and exterior walls, ruined by the saltiness of the sea and time, was carried out, treating them with mortar and lime-based paints. Interventions that have made “green” our premises with the guarantee of safer environments, in contrast to heat and smog.
